Because we incure costs from the time you order your cash register, we are required to charge a restocking fee for all cancelled orders and returns.
All cash registers and other products sold by The Cash Register Shop require some setup from us and expenses are incurred every time an order is processed, therefore, we must charge a 20% service fee if your merchandise is returned. By ordering from our website or calling in your order, you agree that you can return the merchandise within 7 days of the shipping date, but must pay the service fee. Returns are not allowed after 7 days. If there is damage to the equipment upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts to replace the worn or damaged parts. All manuals must be returned with the cash register and all cash registers must have the protective covering, including display protectors. You must return the cash register in the original box with the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs back to The Cash Register Shop. Shipping costs are non refundable. If the cash register or other product that is purchased from The Cash Register Shop is not in a new condition, do not return it, because you will be charged or denied refund.
Once your order is place, we are required to charge a 20% restocking fee for the canceled order.
A Return Authorization must be given prior to making return. There are no returns for cash register manuals.
If you have problems with the cash register or point of sale equipment within the warranty period, you may return the product and we will fix it and send it back to you. You must pay for shipping to send the machine in to us, we will pay shipping back to you. See Warranty Information for more information.
Remember we offer free support for all the cash registers that we sell and we have many customers. We will do our best to return calls in a timely manner. You ordered a cash register at a discounted price and you will be responsible for programming the cash register. We are here to help as much as possible. There will be no return calls during non business hours and we will do our best to return messages as soon as possible. A lack of return calls is in no way a reason to return a cash register.
