► Reservation Groups
This module has nine reservation groups so you can control restaurant tables, tea garden table, squash courts, hair, nail & beauty reservations with the same PowerTill Reservations system!
► Programmable Time Interval Per Block
Reservations are allocated per day down to 15 minute intervals. Reservation groups allow you to define the time period increment per cell from 15 minutes up to 6 hours.
► Default Time Period Per Reservation
Default reservation periods can be set per group so that restaurant table reservations default to a 2 hour period whereas tea garden table reservations might be setup to default to a 1 hour period per reservation.
► Interface with PowerTill Sales Module
This module links to the PowerTill restaurant floor layout screen where you can view upcoming reservations for any table. The restaurant floor layout screen will also set the busy and completed status for a reservation.
► Multi-Colour Reservation Blocks
Multi-coloured reservation settings allow you to easily determine the status of reserved, overdue, busy and completed reservations.
► Easily Handles Repeat Bookings
Want to book this table or squash court again? No problem, just click on the source reservation then select the new date and instantly copy all of the customer details over to the new reservation.
► Simple File Maintenance
Customer running late? No problem, you can easily move a reservation from :
• one start time to another
• one start day to another
• one employee/waiter/hairdresser to another
• one table/squash court to another
